Kellea is our Senior Title Insurance Underwriter and Settlement Processor. Kellea received her Virginia title insurance license in 1998. Proudly, Kellea has worked in the settlement and title insurance sector for 30 years. She began working with Service Title when it re-opened in 2009, her familiarity with Title Insurance policy and real estate matters ensures concise representation and process. Prior to joining our family, Kellea worked for various real estate settlement companies and law firms in Virginia, Maryland and West Virginia.
